On April 27, 2018, the Scientific and Practical Conference “Employment of a 21st Century College Graduate: Experience, Problems, and Prospects” was held at the Kostanay Humanitarian College.
The purpose of this conference is to identify and solve the problems of employment of college graduates, search for forms of constructive cooperation with social partners, compile and disseminate experience in the employment of college graduates.
The conference was attended by a representative of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs Atameken R. Ishanov, a specialist of the Employment Center Burbayeva A. Zh., A consultant of the Kostanay city branch of the NurOtan party Tursyn A.Қ., a representative of the American Corner Cherneva K. G. representative of the “Gold Star Language Center” IP Moldabekova Zh.N., deputy head for personnel work of the Internal Affairs Directorate of Kostanay Zhansugurov B.K., representatives of colleges, social partners of the college – representatives of schools and kindergartens, as well as graduates of the humanitarian college.
The scientific-practical conference has become a universal platform for discussing topical issues of employment, for dialogue and exchange of experience, and strengthening cooperation. The fair of national cuisines of Kazakhstan, timed to the celebration of May 1 “Day of Unity of the People of Kazakhstan”, met the bright colors and tasty treats of the college guests.
Before the beginning of the plenary session, the participants and guests of the conference were greeted by the head of the college, Bayeshov AB and deputy director for educational and production work, Bimendinova MM “We are very pleased to see you all at today’s event. The college has a rich history, and teachers and students of this educational institution are active participants and winners of regional, republican, international events.
I hope that the results of today’s conference will be useful to all participants, and the proposed recommendations will really find their application in practice. I wish all the participants of the conference fruitful work, constructive dialogue and effective interaction! ”
This was followed by presentations of speakers on the conference theme. Thus, in the course of the reports the deputy director for training and production work, Bimendinova M.M. “Problems of employment of graduates of vocational education institutions and ways to solve them”, it was announced about the ongoing work with social partners and methods for training specialists.

In the second part of the conference there was a sectional work on the topics: “Employment of graduates of the college specialty: Translation Studies, Law, Accounting and Audit and Employment of graduates of the College Preschool Education and Training, Librarianship, Basic secondary education”.
After discussing the presentations and summarizing the relevant recommendations were adopted.
